Texas Book Festival

I had an amazing opportunity to join The Writer's Coffee Shop Publishing House at The Texas Book Festival this year. TWCS set up a booth at the festival, and we made an impression to say the least.

My plane arrived in Austin just after 3pm on Friday, and , Rae, one of my readers and her husband picked me up from the airport. They also took me out to dinner at this authentic German restaurant that night. It was great to sit back and relax after spending a long day in airports and on planes. This is Rae and me Friday night at the restaurant.

Once I got back to my hotel room, I met my roommate T.M. Franklin. Notice the necklace she's wearing? She made one for everyone in our group, and we wore them for the festival.

Saturday morning we all headed to set up at the book festival.

My Books

While I was there, I was able to meet all but one of my editors. This is me with Janine. She is now the Editor in Chief of TWCS, but she was my editor for Hidden Threat, Slave, and Behind Closed Doors.

And this is me with two of my current editors, Wendy and Andrea.

TWCS is planning to attend The Texas Book Festival again next year, and I hope to be there as well. I will post more details on that, as well as any other festivals or events I will be participating in next year when I get them.
